The InterFace AG has a new subcompany: the IF-TRAINING GmbH. It was founded by Jens-Christian Lang. Naturally, the logo of the new subcompany also contains our IF with the familiar face.
IF training offers its services to enterprises, government agencies and associations wishing to further consolidate their market position due to its excellent councelling.
Here is how Jens-Christian himself says it:
Due to shorter and shorter innovation cycles in product design, along with increasingly better presentations, marketing and transport systems available for making the new products “attractive” for the customers, it is almost impossible for a modern enterprise to secure a lead in the market. We need to offer services that show where our enterprise differs from the competition.
Unfortunately, the actual service does not always deliver what the marketing slogans promised. Mind you, an optimization of our service culture would be far less costly than all those very expensive marketing campaigns.
Here is one motto we will bury: “The Customer is King!”. Because apparently this sentence did not fulfill its objective. On the contrary: this concept implicates that our employees are just “royal household” or “servants” when interacting with our customers. Wewant to put an end to this misconcept.
There is something that weighs even more and is even more useful for our “kings” than polite servants: the service-ACE:
We make enterprises and employees the trusted and competent partners of their customers. We train them to offer professional and grievance management, and innovative approach towards anticipated future expectations and the development of innovative, surprisingly good service. Because this is what distinguishes the service provider who trained with service ACE from others.
