Frau Susanne Hofmann of Tölzer Kasladen gave a presentation at the IF Forum of June, 21st . Regardless of many (unfortunate) cancellations – due, among other things, to soccer and June being a party month – our seminar zone at Unterhaching was quite full.
I was truly glad to receive so many positive comments by the people who had attended. Unfortunately, I myself could not be there. When I watched the video with the presentation, I was truly enthusiastic. The presentation was really great – and not only for cheese fans. Here it is:
