Advent Calendar – December, 17th

Another 7 nights to go!

Well, it gets tough! Christmas comes nearer and nearer – and still there are a few presents you have not yet bought. After yesterday’s article in my advent calendar, there is no SLYRS left in Neuhaus and the queues in front of the jewellers’ shops are long.

So what can you do?

Well, it is simple:

Make it a Kindle.

It will change the life of your partner in a profound way. And he/she will forever grateful that it was you of all people who showed him/her the way to the future.

And because Amazon is capable of delivering quite quickly, there is still a good chance that the present will be with you on time and lie underneath the tree on December, 24th.
To be sure, it is a little expensive, because it costs 98.- €. In the US, they sell one version that includes adverts – which in this special case is more of a bonus than a hindrance – for only 79.- $.

On the picture, you see a Kindle with the book “In den Cordilleren” (by Karl May – volume 13) – which, incidentally, is a free Amazon copy.

They say the Kindle is pronounced rather than . But I am not all that certain.

But I can – to the best of my knowledge – assure you that it is very inspiring and opening up new worlds. The only danger I see is that your partner may, after having activated the present, have les time for you than for the Kindle. Well, that is not what I want. If, however, it happens, then you must think of something new to attract your partner’s attention.
Perhaps my Advent Calendar of 2012 will contain a good hint of mine?
