This weekend, I downloaded another of Rupert Lay’s videos to Youtube. It is about:

This presentation was given on April, 22^nd, 2001 at the Ronneburg. It addresses managers in particular.

I would be happy to know that you watch it! To me, the minutes between 21 and 30 looked particularly important. But there is certainly more than one highlight in this video.

As most others, this presentation, too, was originally for the Ronneburger Kreis. It was filmed by Bernd Sielaff and revised by Friedrich Lehn.
