The local authority of Unterhaching lowered the business tax from 310% to 295% as of January, 1st, 2010!
For enterprises in Unterhaching, this is good news. Especially in times of empty federal budgets, I think it is courageous, but absolutely correct to lower the business tax rate. It is another reason for me to not only remain true to the locality Unterhaching for my company, but also to advertise it even more in the future.
Now we keep our fingers crossed for the first major Wolfgang Panzer and his chamberlain: may the desired effect be achieved and the income from the business tax be even better than before.
Talking of Unterhaching, why don’t you join me for a small stroll through the beautiful municipality in the Munich district. What you see on this picture is the civic centre, where such reasonable decisions are made. When we go and have lunch in our Chinese restaurant the Wahli or at the Althaching, we often pass it on our way.
However, Unterhaching is also famous for its high-quality soccer (Spvgg Unterhaching) and Spitzenvolleyball (TSV Unterhaching) teams.
There is even an enthusiastic chess club (SC Unterhaching). It is quite distinguished among the chess societies of Munich and Bavaria.
What I enjoy most, however, is the beautiful open-air swimming pool with its 50-metres lanes. In the summer, I go there to swim my lengths at least five times a week.
