Some promotion of my own interests …
Our main office (InterFace AG) is situated at Leipziger Str. 16 in Unterhaching. You can reach the Unterhaching subway train in five minutes on foot. The building is in an area where living quarters and industry are ideally integrated. Numerous nice restaurants and a good selection of shops can be found in the immediate vicinity. They are all within walking distance.
We rented the entire building from the MEAG Real Estate of Münchner Rück. A subtenant of long standing – the Xignal company (over the years, it turned into National Semiconductor Systems) moved out. So now we have empty space to the tune of an entire corridor (271.37 m² of office space on the second floor to the left, including kitchenette) and a few individual offices.
We want to do something abouit this. Consequently, we are now looking for friendly enterprises or associations who wish to rent from us. We were always on excellent terms with our subtenants and we shared the kitchen and our beautiful seminar zone on the top floor in a very cooperative way.
The offices are furnished in high and new quality, but, of course, you can also rent without furniture. At the end of this article, you will find a description of conditions and contact data.
