From Ottobrunn to Unterhaching #22 – Prints in the Snow

Yesterday morning, after my early-morning-swim in the Phönix, I went to my InterFace office at Haching by bike again. I was a little late. It was almost 10 a.m. During the night, some snow had fallen. Consequently, the cyclist’s path was full of prints. Being who I am, I could not resist counting them.

There must have been hardly more than 10 bikes going here during the last few hours. At the end of the way as you see it on the picture, the cyclist’s path runs parallel with the country road from Ottobrunn to Unterhaching in the direction of the motorway. As you arrive there, you will find two tunnels and then all the discount shops you will inevitably find around Unterhaching.

On the country road, you really hear a lot of traffic noise. The vehicles are moving slowly both ways. For some time, I count the cars. Just spending a few minutes doing so, I count more than a hundred. There must have been thousands of cars passing this way since earlier this morning.

I would wish to have the number of cars reduced by one digit and the number of bikes increased by one digit.
Now, wouldn’t that be some progress?
